| Job Information | The Government Lending Closing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely loan closings for government guaranteed loans and provide closing support for the conventional portfolio team. This position will make sure that all items needed for closing are obtained and facilitate the closing process between the Bank, Borrower, Legal, Contractors, as well as the appropriate Agency. Duties include coordination with sales team on closing loan transactions, borrower management, coordination with underwriting team for credit revisions, and work as the liaise with SBA & USDA personnel to facilitate closings. Additionally, work as the liaise with affiliated servicing staff to properly close loans. Coordinate multi-disbursement and construction loan funding, to include oversight and interpretation of construction contracts and AIA funds control.
